1. You send me the document(s) you need to have translated. Scans are fine (PDFs or JPEGs), but you can post hard copies if you prefer.
2. I translate, following the basic formatting and layout of the original(s).
3. I print the translation and attach a signed covering letter attesting that the translation is a true, complete and accurate translation of the original document(s). I can adapt the wording of the covering letter to your requirements.
4. I attach an ITI certification seal and Chartered Linguist sticker to the covering letter.
5. I stamp and initial each page of the translation to prevent any tampering or misuse.
